At this time of year, the difficult problem of finding a suitable gift for loved ones (or yourself!) comes around once again. I often find myself overwhelmed when I am asked to choose my best images. I faced up to this when asked to exhibit some of my work in the prestigious Nutting Gallery at West Virginia University this summer, and I solved that by asking a range of friends to choose their favorites!
I decided this year to focus on a smaller area – my hometown of Morgantown and create a slide show of my favorite images of the city and surrounding areas that I think would look great on a wall. A few images from the wider West Virginia area are included as well. Some of them would make some fantastic jigsaw puzzles, or even look good on a throw pillow. Perhaps my Cucumber Falls waterfall photo would look great on a shower curtain, or over the bath? At the end of this article, I’ll explain where you can find my work, but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this show!
